Ethērea is a journal/newsletter launched by Nadja (that's me 👋), a writer, editor, strategist + editorial director/advisor driven by curiosity, creativity, passion, and purpose.

I'm an avid reader, a thoughtful listener, and a quiet observer. A critical thinker with a keen eye for detail, and a design lover with a knack for storytelling.

👀 What kind of stories do I read, write, cherish, and share?

Stories with character ~ sharp angle, rich insight, and raw honesty. Real and remarkable. Stories that inform, encourage, and motivate. Stories that resonate.

Expect nothing less from Ethērea 👀

Ethērea, (f.) noun: a delicate place; a space for thoughts, reflections, and daydreams; a library of wisdom, play, and beauty; a collection of curiosities.

A made-up word, originally coming from 'ethereal', meaning light, subtle, graceful, but there are a few other perspectives woven in.

There's a notion of 'eternal' to say this is a never-ending story, the Latin 'terra' to represent the grounded, down-to-earth character, while the Greek 'thera', meaning to harvest, points to picking, gathering, and sharing the marvels.

The journal is where I share quick notes, thoughts, reflections, and daydreams, while the newsletter is a compilation of personal stories, curious observations, unexpected truths, hidden gems, inspiring mindplays, stunning visuals, and so. much. more.

There will be no ads, no affiliates, no sponsorships. Nor could anyone pay to get mentioned, featured, or promoted on the website and/or within the newsletter. Everything I mention is solely upon my own opinion and valuation.
